Gather in a small, intimate group with Keesha for a culturally guided time of listening, creating, reflecting and being present. Each experience draws on the elements of Country and invites you to let go, rebalance and reconnect.

On the kapi waterways, connect with bush medicine as you create a rub to take home. Fill your cup through guided wellness, listening and being present with Country.
Choose local medicine herbs and native essential oils for your wellness bath salts. Includes a walk on Country, water cleansing and a smoking ceremony—a time to let go, be and rebalance.
Create a personal piece inspired by Country and natural materials. This intimate experience is available for individuals and groups of up to 10.
For young people aged 10–21, one-to-one or in groups of up to 20. Includes water ceremony and cleansing, collecting on Country and creating together.
Keesha is a Yamaji Nhanagardie, Badimia, Wongi and Binjarub woman who brings a cultural woman’s perspective to healing through the elements of Country.
Raised for 18 years in California, Keesha grew up connecting with First Nations people in her region. Her own healing journey through trauma, grief and loss has deepened her connection to Country, culture, Creator Spirit and the healing work she shares. She brings this lived experience, strength and understanding into her workshops.
Keesha is as a Traditional healer from birth. Her healing abilities and bush medicine knowledge have been guided by Elders and passed through family and culture. With a background in youth and community services, she has studied youth work, counselling and theological biblical studies.
From time to time, Keesha works alongside her partner, a Nhunda Widi Wiradjuri Man. He supports her in healing work and sometimes joins her in workshops and On-Country experiences.
